Hing Loong Restaurant @ Jalan Bachang, Malacca

In Malacca,
it's a waste if you don't drop by to try the famous fried pork at Hing Loong Restaurant @ Jalan Bachang.

Not only that, for beef lovers, they serve really good beef noodles as well.

The owners are originated from Taiwan but they decided to bring the recipe here to spread to more people of the taste in Taiwan.

It's easy to be located as it is at the corner of the row and it's always crowded from open of shop till close but don't worry, their turnover is really fast, so you could get your seats in awhile.
Plus, you can choose to share the table too if both parties don't mind.

Their name in Chinese.

They have their menu on the side of the wall,
so you could easily see what you want to order when you're over there.

Of course we should go for their best dish,
Pork Chop Noodle.
The dish is simple,
just pan mee noodles, home made sauce at the bottom, and fried pork chop at the top.

Close up look on the fried pork.
When it was just served,
before you stir everything together,
try a bite of it.
You feel that crispy pork with the combination of salty-ness.
It's might be too little for you and ended up ordering another side dish of additional fried pork.

This is after you've mixed everything together.
Their homemade sauce are special them self,
mixing together with the fried pork will just make it taste much better!
But sad thing is, your fried pork won't be as crispy after that.

Their noodles,
slurping good dish.
A bowl is really not enough for me.

If' you're a spicy lover,
I would recommend to add in some sambal.
I would say their sambal paste here is fantastic.

The lady in red is the owner, and the blue is her daughter.
Usually the daughter will do the ordering and the mom will do the cash collection.
And when you pay, she will always try her best to explain why have the price gone up, so funny. haha.

Their kitchen set up,
it's so torturing for those who walk pass and not eat
or
those really hungry but waiting to be served
as the whole shop and surrounding is full of tempting smell.

You might have trouble finding parkings around as it is really limited,
can always look around at the resident area as there is where I always park.
Remember to leave your number down, so it won't be troublesome if they may need your car to move away.
