Yi Poh Noodles @ Jalan Seng Meng Lee, Seremban

As my morning craving continues,

I decided to look for more local specialties.

I found another shop there were famous to have if you're in seremban.

Restoran Yi Poh.

They have many branches but this is the main branch in Seremban.

There is a story saying that this place started off as a small push cart stall in 1948 by one grand old

lady in this same area till now there is 2 spacious lots having one opened air and another one with air

conditioned area.

As the name mentioned, they are famous for their dry rat noodles.

Their signature dish - Lou Shu Fan.

It is being served super real quick.

You may choose to be served with different noodles together without additional cost.

it comes with a soup and they serve you with a bowl of home made chilli sauce.

For spicy lovers,

I would recommend you to try some of that, really good taste from the spice.

The noodles was topped with thin slices of roasted pork and mouth watering minced pork.

You could smell the aroma spreading as you begin mixing all together.

From the sauce till the noodles are all house made using grand aunt's old recipe that lasted till now.
